Conference Proceedings will be published by Springer (Pending Approval).
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest standards of academic quality, integrity, and scientific merit. Each manuscript will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant research area. Where reviewer recommendations differ significantly, an additional reviewer may be assigned to provide further assessment and support a fair decision-making process.
Submissions will be assessed based on originality, novelty, technical quality, methodological rigor, significance of contribution, relevance to the conference themes, clarity of presentation, reproducibility where applicable, and adherence to ethical research standards.
All papers will be screened for plagiarism and academic integrity prior to review. Submissions containing evidence of plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or other forms of research misconduct will be rejected. Reviewers and committee members will be required to declare any conflicts of interest and will not participate in the evaluation of papers where such conflicts exist.
Final acceptance decisions will be made by the Program Chairs and the Technical Program Chair(s) based on reviewer recommendations, overall quality assessments, and the paper's relevance to the conference scope. Accepted papers must incorporate reviewers' comments and be presented at the conference to be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings, subject to the publisher's final review and approval.
Acceptance notifications will be sent after 45 days from the submission date.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers not exceeding 10-12 pages.
Plagiarism level must be below 15%
At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. Papers not presented will be excluded from the final volume.
